Playco has grown quite a bit in the past couple of years in terms of games and new players joining our community, and we want to ensure our policies reflect our services and commitments to one another.

We’ve recently updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice to keep up with products and features we’re developing at Playco. We’ve also made a number of changes to make them easier to understand and reference.

Here are a few highlights:

Updates to the Terms of Service

• We updated the arbitration agreement.
• We’ve added new information about our blockchain-related services.  
• We clarified how we inform you about updates to our terms.
• We updated our policy around retention of inactive accounts.
• We’ve streamlined some of the terms to make it easier to read.
• We’ve updated usage rules to better capture the things you cannot do on Playco services.

Updates to the Privacy Policy

• We added language to cover how Playco handles your information when you use our blockchain-related services.
• We’ve included additional details in a new Cookie Notice on how we use cookies on Playco.
• For California consumers, we’ve provided more details on data rights, and addressed requirements for the California Privacy Rights Act.

We encourage you to read the documents in full. These new terms will go into effect on January 7, 2023. To agree to the changes, all you have to do is keep playing Playco games. If you don’t agree, you should stop playing Playco games (although we’ll be very sad to see you go).
